6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns (EU/EEA Consumers)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of you providing evidence of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
  • The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (this may apply to certain cosmetic/personal care products).

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
